Today I’m going to be teaching you how to make bath salts. They smell fantastic and they even bubble up in the bath! Here’s the turnout…

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Epsom Salts
- 1/3 cup of Body Wash (scented or un scented)
- 1 tsp of Almond Oil
- 2 drops of Lavender Essential Oils
- Food colouring
Materials:
- Bowl
- Spoon
- Cookie Sheet
- Jar/Container

First put Epsom salts, body wash, almond oil (you can use olive or jojoba oil) into a bowl and mix. If you have a liquidy mixture, then you are on the right track.

Next, pour your mixture onto a cookie sheet and spread apart. Make sure to have a tray underneath so that it doesn’t spill out. Let it dry overnight and make sure that you mix it about every two hours to make sure it doesn’t stick together.

After it is completely dry, place in it a jar and you’re ready to use! This makes a great gift and it is very fun!
How to Use:
- Pour about 1/4 of a cup, or less, into a warm tub of water
- Let salts dissolve and bubble up
- Enjoy a relaxing bath!

Very cool and awesome! Thanks for the recipe as I will have to try this. I am always looking for aroma therapy ideas.
Thanks for sharing!
